Well in my other post from some months ago. I talked about how do people lose weight. Right? and they never say how. They just lead you on to buy crap books,pills and random stuff. Well what i found was not pills or anything fancy. Our doctor recommended the SOUTH BEACH DIET.
It has been working for us pretty good. i lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks. It was hard not eating all the junk i love.
But now it's all good. Now i don't crave junk food. (like i used to lol).
All im saying is it worked for us and i do give it thumbs up.
